Q1: What is included in one set?
One baseball cap, one satin triangular neckerchief and one printed merit badge sash. Badge pins and other attachments can be added to the order on request.
Q2: What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 100 sets per design. Mixed colors within one design are accepted.
Q3: Can each component be customized separately?
Yes. Cap color and logo, scarf fabric and color, and sash length and badge artwork are all configurable. You can also order the components individually.
Q4: Can you match our exact colors?
Yes. Send a Pantone number or a sample set. We match colors across the cap, scarf and sash and keep the formulas on file for repeat orders.
Q5: What are the standard sizes?
Cap fits 56–62 cm with an adjustable closure. Neckerchief is 46 × 46 cm; sash is 79 × 14 cm. Custom sizes are available.
Q6: How are the badges produced?
The sash badges are printed edge to edge with digital printing from your artwork. Physical pin-on merit badges can be quoted and produced to match.
Q7: What are the sample and production lead times?
Sampling takes 3–5 days after artwork approval. Bulk production is 15–25 days, plus shipping time.
Q8: How do you pack and ship?
1 set/polybag as standard; custom hang tags and retail packaging available. We ship by express, air or sea — FOB, CIF and DDP terms quoted on request.
Packaging & Shipping
Packing: bulk packed normally or according to your specific packing requirement.
Shipping: Usually our products will be delivered to North America by ocean freight. The delivery time is approx. 30 – 40 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Of course we offer other options for smaller quantities or very urgent projects.
You can choose between air freight, Express service like DHL,FedEx,UPS and TNT. The delivery time is between 2 – 10 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Customs clearance is handled by our specialized service provider for you when the delivery option DDP is chosen, and the goods will be delivered to your door or to your customer’s warehouse.

Sample Making
Then we start to make the physical samples according to the proof and send you photo of the sample for approval.
