Our custom seamless bonded baseball cap is built with heat-pressed tape seams instead of traditional stitching. The panels are joined by ultrasonic welding and bonded tape, so the crown has a clean, stitch-free surface with a smooth, modern silhouette that holds its shape.
The shell uses a bonded polyester fabric with a soft matte finish. The taped seams and tight bonding make the cap water-resistant in light rain and drizzle, and the curved pre-formed visor keeps its shape after packing and washing. An adjustable snap closure at the back covers most head sizes.
Logos can be applied by heat transfer, silicone badge, 3D embroidery or woven label — a bonded rubber patch keeps the stitch-free look. Colors are dyed to your Pantone reference, with custom underbrim, eyelets and closure options.
MOQ is 100 pcs per color. Sampling takes 5–7 days after artwork approval and bulk production runs 20–30 days by quantity. Each cap is packed 1 pc per polybag, 24 pcs per carton. The bonded fabric and taped seams are water-resistant and handle light rain and drizzle well. It is not a fully seam-sealed rain hat, so we do not claim it for heavy downpours.

Packaging & Shipping
Packing: bulk packed normally or according to your specific packing requirement.
Shipping: Usually our products will be delivered to North America by ocean freight. The delivery time is approx. 30 – 40 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Of course we offer other options for smaller quantities or very urgent projects.
You can choose between air freight, Express service like DHL,FedEx,UPS and TNT. The delivery time is between 2 – 10 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Customs clearance is handled by our specialized service provider for you when the delivery option DDP is chosen, and the goods will be delivered to your door or to your customer’s warehouse.
