Custom Knit Fleece Toque Wholesale – Helmet Liner Skull Cap

Lightweight knit fleece toques and helmet liner skull caps for ski and snowboard shops, motorcycle and cycling retailers, winter workwear distributors and promotional buyers. • Brushed inside, smooth outside — the inner face is brushed to hold warm air against the head, the outer face stays flat so a helmet slides on without dragging hair or pulling at the ear. Single layer, 0.7–1.0 cm measured flat.
• 92% polyester / 8% spandex — four-way stretch follows the shape of the skull instead of bridging over it, so there is no hollow pocket at the crown and no band pressing across the forehead. Recovery holds after repeated wear and wash.
• Low profile under a helmet — no brim, no pom, no cord lock. The liner adds warmth without changing how the helmet fits, so goggle straps, ear pads and comms speakers all stay where the rider set them.
• Wears on its own too — the same plain dome works as a stand-alone toque for commuting, walking the dog or a cold morning on the range, with no visible hardware and no print on the inside.
• Ear cut-outs, not ear flaps — both sides are shaped away around the ear, so a helmet can stay on for hours without clamping the ear or blocking an earpiece. The cut-out also stops the liner riding up when the helmet goes on.
• Two sizes cover 48–62 cm — M fits 48–58 cm (19 × 25 cm) and L fits 52–62 cm (20 × 26 cm). A retailer does not need a four-size run to cover the shelf.
• Eight stock colours, from 100 pcs per colour — black, charcoal, navy, dark navy, khaki, army green, pink and orange. Mixed colour orders are accepted, so a first order can test the shelf without committing to a full run.
• Custom logo on the front hem — screen print, heat transfer, silicone print or a woven badge. Samples in 5–7 days, bulk in 15–25 days after approval.
