This waffle weave sauna towel is woven from 100% cotton at 380 GSM and cut to 80 × 145 cm. The honeycomb cells lift the fabric off the bench and hold air between the loops, so the towel takes up a full body of water and still dries on the rail between rounds. Folded, it takes about half the space of a terry towel in the same size, which makes it easier for guests to carry from the changing room to the bench.
All four hems are double-stitched, and a woven hanging loop is sewn into the long edge. Logos go on as a woven label, satin label, embroidery or screen print; the sample carries a white woven label on the short edge.

Q6: What logo methods work on waffle towels?

Q7: Why waffle weave instead of terry?
The raised honeycomb structure keeps air moving through the fabric, so it dries faster and packs smaller than plush terry. It still absorbs a full body of water at 380 GSM.
Q8: How should the towels be washed?
Machine wash cold with like colours, tumble dry low or line dry on the loop. Skip fabric softener, which coats the cotton and reduces absorbency. Wash before first use to open the waffle structure.
Packaging & Shipping
Packing: bulk packed normally or according to your specific packing requirement.
Shipping: Usually our products will be delivered to North America by ocean freight. The delivery time is approx. 30 – 40 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Of course we offer other options for smaller quantities or very urgent projects.
You can choose between air freight, Express service like DHL,FedEx,UPS and TNT. The delivery time is between 2 – 10 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Customs clearance is handled by our specialized service provider for you when the delivery option DDP is chosen, and the goods will be delivered to your door or to your customer’s warehouse.
