2. place order & production
PLACE ORDER: We will provide an artwork proof after you place your order(if client feel price fit). Following that, we’ll create a sample, which will take approximately one week.
PRODUCTION: Once you approve the sample via photo, we’ll proceed with mass production. Once production started there is a production flow chart will be used for every step of production from the material preparing to the end of production finished.
Tech-pack
Begin with order process, sketch, picture or artwork. You will receive the virtual proof of your bespoke product.
Sample Making
Then we start to make the physical samples according to the proof and send you photo of the sample for approval.
Mass production
After sample approved by client we start to produce the bulk order exactly same as the approved Pre-production sample.

3. inspection & packing
INSPECTION: For each order, a final inspection takes place after production is finished. We are proud to say that we work with the general inspection level II during our final inspection. This makes our standard AQL values as 0 for critical defects, 1.0 for major defects and 2.5 for minor defects.
For higher quantity orders Our QC personnel carries out one (or more) in-line inspections in addition to the evaluation of production samples and final inspections to ensure production quality standards are being met.
