Q1: What is the MOQ for custom logo moulded metal buckles?
MOQ is 500 pcs per design for custom logo orders. For stock buckles in standard finishes, small trial orders from 100 pcs are available.
Q2: Can the buckle finish match my cap design?
Yes. Standard plating includes antique brass, nickel, gunmetal, black and gold. Custom plating can be matched to your reference sample or color requirement, and a pre-production sample is provided for approval.
Q3: How is my logo applied to the buckle?
The logo can be moulded into the buckle during die casting (embossed or debossed) or applied by laser engraving afterwards. Vector artwork (AI, PDF or EPS) gives the best results.
Q4: Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. Pre-production samples take 3–5 days. Bulk production starts only after you approve the samples.
Q5: What strap sizes do these buckles fit?
Standard inner widths are 20 mm, 25 mm and 32 mm. Send us your strap specification — if a different size is needed, we can open a custom mold in 7–10 days.
Q6: Do the buckles meet EU/US material requirements?
Nickel-free and lead-free plating options are available, and SGS test reports can be provided on request.
Packaging & Shipping
Packing: bulk packed normally or according to your specific packing requirement.
Shipping: Usually our products will be delivered to North America by ocean freight. The delivery time is approx. 30 – 40 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Of course we offer other options for smaller quantities or very urgent projects.
You can choose between air freight, Express service like DHL,FedEx,UPS and TNT. The delivery time is between 2 – 10 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Customs clearance is handled by our specialized service provider for you when the delivery option DDP is chosen, and the goods will be delivered to your door or to your customer’s warehouse.
