Which Backing do uou want?
Iron on back to your patches-For permanent heat-press or iron-on application of patches to most garments.Iron on patches have a layer of plastic backing with a thin layer of heat activated glue rubbed on it. Do not remove the plastic backing from the patches even if you are sewing them on. They help keep the embroidery together.
Adding Hook and Loop to your Patches- Once the softer piece is removed, you’re ready to adhere your patch onto whatever appropriate surface you intend. Remove the patch and replace it with another whenever you want. It’s just that simple. Available in black, white, and tan.

50% or less of the embroidered patches where teal is twill backing.
75% or less of the patch has embroidery.

Patches could be in different shapes and sizing. We have done small patches for scouts and military uniforms, as well as larger patches for biker jackets and sports teams. We have the experience and knowledge to provide whatever size patch you need!
3. PACH SHAPES
At Cncaps, patches can be ordered in any of our standard shapes including circle, oval, square, and rectangle. We can print patches in precise sizes from 1.25″ to 6″ to meet your exact needs. We even enable you to specify your sizing up to .05″. Please note, square and rectangle patches are printed with rounded corners.

Additional Thread Colors: All custom patch orders include up to seven thread colors, free of charge. Want to include more than seven colors? No problem! We have hundreds of thread colors to choose from, meaning your patches come out looking exactly like what you had in mind

Packaging & Shipping
Packing: bulk packed normally or according to your specific packing requirement.
Shipping: Usually our products will be delivered to North America by ocean freight. The delivery time is approx. 30 – 40 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Of course we offer other options for smaller quantities or very urgent projects.
You can choose between air freight, Express service like DHL,FedEx,UPS and TNT. The delivery time is between 2 – 10 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Customs clearance is handled by our specialized service provider for you when the delivery option DDP is chosen, and the goods will be delivered to your door or to your customer’s warehouse.
