A sauna hat has one job: keep the hottest air off your scalp so a long session on the bench feels easier. This one is cut as a rolled-cuff beanie rather than a bucket, so it sits close to the head and looks like something a guest or a customer will keep wearing after they leave the changing room.

The shell is 3 mm wool felt pressed from 100% lana. It is dense enough to hold its shape through repeated steaming, and thick enough to keep working as an insulating layer once it gets damp. The crown is built from six felt panels joined with flat seams that sit flush against the head, with a stitched line running front to back. The cuff turns up about 3 cm and holds its roll without wire or elastic. A 3 × 3 cm wool felt patch is stitched to the front — blank on stock hats, or debossed with your logo. No lining, no plastic band, no synthetic blend, so the hat can go from a 90 °C room to a cold rinse without warping.

Custom from small runs

• Colour — charcoal grey, taupe and oatmeal in stock; custom Pantone shades from 300 piezas.
• Logo — felt patch, debossed leather patch, etiqueta tejida, or embroidery on the cuff.
• Tamaño — one size fits up to 61 centímetro; two-size grading (56–58 / 59–61 cm) from 300 piezas.
• Espesor — 3 mm standard; 2 mm and 4 mm on request.

Trial orders start at 100 pcs per colourway, and colours, patches and packaging can be mixed in one order — enough to test a shade or a logo with one spa, hotel or retail account before committing to a full season.

Canvas pouch packaging

Hats can ship in a cotton canvas drawstring pouch instead of a polybag: 8 oz natural canvas, 20 × 26 centímetro, with your logo screen-printed on the front in one colour. It turns the hat into a gift-ready set for spa retail shelves and hotel welcome amenities, and guests keep reusing the pouch for laundry or travel. Unprinted pouches are available from 100 piezas; printed pouches from 300 piezas.

Factory price, short lead time

The hats are pressed and finished in our own workshop, so you are quoted the factory price with no trading-company margin in between. Stock colours ship in 10–15 days. Custom colour and logo runs take 15–25 days for 500–5,000 pcs, and samples are ready in 5–7 days after artwork approval.

Care and laundry guidance

Wool felt shrinks with heat and agitation, so these hats are air-dry only. For hotel and spa buyers: keep them out of the commercial washer — a 60 °C cycle pulls the crown down roughly one full size, and that is the most common return reason on felt sauna hats. Air between guests, reshape while damp, spot-clean with cool water and lay flat.
