Each set contains a 6-panel baseball cap, a satin triangular neckerchief and a merit badge sash finished with your artwork.

Q1: What is included in one set?
One baseball cap, one satin triangular neckerchief and one printed merit badge sash. Badge pins and other attachments can be added to the order on request.
Q2: What is the MOQ?
MOQ ist 100 sets per design. Mixed colors within one design are accepted.
Q3: Can each component be customized separately?
Ja. Cap color and logo, scarf fabric and color, and sash length and badge artwork are all configurable. You can also order the components individually.
Q4: Can you match our exact colors?
Ja. Send a Pantone number or a sample set. We match colors across the cap, scarf and sash and keep the formulas on file for repeat orders.
F5: What are the standard sizes?
Cap fits 56–62 cm with an adjustable closure. Neckerchief is 46 × 46 cm; sash is 79 × 14 cm. Custom sizes are available.
F6: How are the badges produced?
The sash badges are printed edge to edge with digital printing from your artwork. Physical pin-on merit badges can be quoted and produced to match.
F7: What are the sample and production lead times?
Sampling takes 3–5 days after artwork approval. Bulk production is 15–25 days, plus shipping time.
F8: How do you pack and ship?
1 set/polybag as standard; custom hang tags and retail packaging available. We ship by express, air or sea — FOB, CIF and DDP terms quoted on request.

Verpackung: Großverpackt, normal oder entsprechend Ihren spezifischen Verpackungsanforderungen.
Versand: Normalerweise werden unsere Produkte per Seefracht nach Nordamerika geliefert. Die Lieferzeit beträgt ca. 30 – 40 Tage inklusive Zollabfertigung und Transport in Nordamerika. Für kleinere Mengen oder sehr dringende Projekte bieten wir natürlich auch andere Optionen an.
Sie können zwischen Luftfracht wählen, Expressdienst wie DHL,FedEx,UPS und TNT. Die Lieferzeit liegt zwischen 2 – 10 Tage inklusive Zollabfertigung und Transport in Nordamerika. Bei der Versandart DDP übernimmt unser spezialisierter Dienstleister die Zollabwicklung für Sie, und die Ware wird an Ihre Haustür oder in das Lager Ihres Kunden geliefert.
