This wooden cowboy hat stretcher brings felt and straw hats back to the right size and shape. Two solid pine blocks sit on a steel threaded rod; turning the black center knob pushes them apart, widening the crown and restoring a hat that has shrunk from rain, heat or storage.
The small size covers US hat sizes 6 1/2 A 9 1/2, with a 6.5 in block height and a 2.8 in knob width — compact enough for retail shelves and mailer boxes. The rod and knob are powder-coated steel, and the wood is sanded smooth so it will not snag felt or straw.
Both blocks take a burned or laser-engraved logo; the sample shows a cowboy-and-horse mark. Knob colors can be matched to your brand. Sold as a single unit or in sets, packed in a plain box or your own printed box.
