Q1: What is the MOQ for custom logo moulded metal buckles?
MOQ è 500 pcs per design for custom logo orders. For stock buckles in standard finishes, small trial orders from 100 pcs are available.
Q2: Can the buckle finish match my cap design?
SÌ. Standard plating includes antique brass, nickel, gunmetal, black and gold. Custom plating can be matched to your reference sample or color requirement, and a pre-production sample is provided for approval.
Q3: How is my logo applied to the buckle?
The logo can be moulded into the buckle during die casting (embossed or debossed) or applied by laser engraving afterwards. Vector artwork (AI, PDF or EPS) gives the best results.

Nickel-free and lead-free plating options are available, and SGS test reports can be provided on request.
