1.For existing sample: free of charge as long as customer afford the postage;

2.For custom made sample: there will be sample charges to make the sample, and the sample charges can be refund after order released .

Price term: FOB Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen, China, also can be price term in CNF /CIF as customer’s request.

Payment term: 30% T/T in advance as deposit, balance before delivery or L/C at sight (Optional Paypal/Western Union for sample orders).

Normally sample time in 5-7 days and bulk order delivered in 15 days (also we can provide rush service for urgent cases).

Since different country have different policy on tax & duty for every kind of hat, it’s the responsibility to pay such taxes and duties(if applicable).
Anyway we can advise you the HS code and material details of the goods you import from us, by this information you can consult with your local customs about the taxes and duties when you plan to import from us.

You must be completely satisfied with your order. If not, we will gladly refund your money or replace any item ordered by Internet, mail or phone within 14 days of delivery. **Please note Items that are personalized, engraved or made-to-order(to meet your specific requirements), are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Return & Exchange

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for our ready made items, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

The product must be sent back in its original shipping box and packing materials to protect it from bending or losing it shape in other way.

*Return and Exchange here not suitable for custom orders which cannot be exchanged, returned, cancelled or refunded.

When sending a returning package, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. PLEASE include also the INVOICE by putting it into a plastic pouch and placing on the top of the package (for custom purposes).

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

However there is rare circumstances exist the risks of loss, damage/broken for products during shipping before you have it from the carrier. You need to photo the package and shipping label first, we’ll work together with you to file any claim with a carrier for a damaged shipment.

The item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer need to pay for sending & return shipping a wrong size item was ordered.

Shipping & Delivery

Your order will ship out within 2-3 business days. Please find the exact order processing time in each item’s description.

For US/ Canada, Japan, Australia and other countries it’s usually about 6-7 business days, depending on location.

Yes! orders over $99 shipping to international destinations qualify for free shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email sent to the email address that you provided at checkout. Click the “Track Your Order” button and you’ll be able to follow your order all the way from our shipping center to your mailbox.
We are currently seeing some delays with all shipping carriers due to COVID-19. If your tracking is still updating every day, your order is still on its way! If you paid for expedited shipping and your order is delayed, please reach out to us and we are happy to refund any incurred shipping costs.
