SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK: Select the style you are interested in from our product catalog or maybe you have your own style drawing. Then you can send us the artwork better in Adobe Illustrator and save in .ai or .pdf format by Email or fill in this Request Form for further communication.
FINE-TUNE THE DETAILS: One of our sales from service team will get in touch with you if they may have any questions or suggestions, so as to make sure your designs are tailored to your expectations.
PRICING: Once design details are finalized we calculate the price for you to decide if you would like to place a proto sample order.

Step 01

PLACE ORDER: We will provide an artwork proof after you place your order(if client feel price fit). Following that, we’ll create a sample, which will take approximately one week.
PRODUCTION: Once you approve the sample via photo, we’ll proceed with mass production. Once production started there is a production flow chart will be used for every step of production from the material preparing to the end of production finished.

Begin with order process, sketch, picture or artwork. You will receive the virtual proof of your bespoke product.

Then we start to make the physical samples according to the proof and send you photo of the sample for approval.

After sample approved by client we start to produce the bulk order exactly same as the approved Pre-production sample.

Step 02

INSPECTION: For each order, a final inspection takes place after production is finished. We are proud to say that we work with the general inspection level II during our final inspection. This makes our standard AQL values as 0 for critical defects, 1.0 for major defects and 2.5 for minor defects.

For higher quantity orders Our QC personnel carries out one (or more) in-line inspections in addition to the evaluation of production samples and final inspections to ensure production quality standards are being met.
SHIPPING: Usually our products will be delivered to North America by ocean freight. The delivery time is approx. 30 – 40 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Of course we offer air delivery options for smaller quantities or very urgent projects.
You can choose between air freight, Express service like DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT. The delivery time is between 2–10 days including customs clearance and transport in North America. Customs clearance is handled by our specialized service provider for you when the delivery option DDP is chosen, and the goods will be delivered to your door or to your customer’s warehouse.
