This reversible felt sauna hat is built from two bonded layers of 100% feltro de lã. One side is cream, the other warm rust — turn the hat inside out and it changes colour without losing its shape. In a banya or dry sauna the wool layer slows heat transfer to the scalp, so a session runs longer before the ears and forehead start to burn.
The crown stands 14 cm / 5.5 in tall and the brim measures 26.6 cm / 10.5 in across. Five rows of multi-needle stitching run along the brim, and the same dense stitching holds the crown panels in line, so the brim keeps its shape after repeated washing and air-drying.

Four head sizes are available — 56, 58, 60 e 62 cm measured as head circumference — so one style covers women’s and men’s fits without a separate pattern.
Branding goes on the crown face or the brim. Stock colours are cream, rust, cinza, charcoal and black; other shades are dyed to your Pantone reference. Quantidade mínima é 100 pcs. Sampling takes 5–7 days after artwork approval and bulk production runs 20–30 days by quantity.
