- Woven, not printed — the horse-and-mesa artwork is jacquard-woven into the crown, so the pattern carries a raised, textile hand-feel that flat print cannot reproduce. Yarn colours can be matched to a Pantone reference.
- 3D-Puff-Stickerei — “Howdy” and “Yee Haw” are embroidered with a raised foam core and satin outline. Your own wordmark, store name or event logo can replace them at the same position; up to six thread colours per design.
- Three suede-touch visors — light blue, tan and brown visors are cut from a suede-feel fabric that picks up the tones of the tapestry. Blank crowns are also available if you want to embroider or patch them yourself.
